A Crestview Nursing Home aide faces felony accounts of abusing a patient and battery in Juneau County Circuit Court.
According to the criminal complaint, eyewitnesses say Ginger Newlun, 50, of Wonewoc, is accused of abusing 86-year-old Marion Nelson over a period of 6 months. The accusation include hair pulling, squeezing the resident’s fingers, spitting in the resident’s face, verbal abuse and refusing to allow the resident to use the bathroom.
