Mr. Thomas W. Kyle
Attorney Thomas W. Kyle received his law degree Cum Laude with Highest Honors from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Tom's achievements in law school earned him membership in to the Silver Gavel Honor Society and made him the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Attorney Kyle went on to compete nationally for Hamline as Chief Plaintiffs' Counsel in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's Mock Trial Competition. After a clerkship with Minneapolis's preeminent plaintiff's personal injury firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, Tom decided to exclusively practice civil trial law. Tom is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Districts of the United States District Court of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Association for Justice, and the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
