| Passenger Ejected from Car Wins Settlement |

WAUSHARA, WI - Attorney Richard Kalkhoff, of Pitman, Kyle & Sicula S.C., won a $250,000 settlement on behalf of Wild Rose teenager involved in an auto accident that occurred near Waushara, Wisconsin. The Plaintiff and two other friends were traveling on County Highway "MM" one mile east of Hwy. 22 when the driver, also the defendant in this case, accelerated the car to speeds in excess of 100 mph. While traveling at those high rates of speed, the car passed over a hump in the road causing the vehicle to become airborne, cross the center-line and collide with an oncoming vehicle. The impact sent the car into a spin that ejected the Plaintiff through the rear window and into a corn field causing him to suffer severe neck and back injuries. The case settled prior to a suit being filed for the policy limits of $250,000.
