| PKS Wins Settlement for Victim of Head-on Collision |

BRILLION, WI - Attorney Richard Kalkhoff, of Pitman, Kyle & Sicula S.C., won a $310,000 settlement on behalf of Brillion woman involved in a head-on car accident that left her with a fractured leg. On February 2, 2003, the Plaintiff, a 26-year-old female, was a passenger in her boyfriend's car as they traveled westbound on Manitowoc Road near the town of Reedsville. The Defendant, a 16-year-old female, was eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle causing her to cross over the center line and collide with the Plaintiff's car head-on The Plaintiff was taken by ambulance to Aurora Medical Center where she was treated for a fractured leg. The claim was paid by Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance.
