Attorney Kyle represents victims of serious injury and death. He has been granted the coveted AV rating by Martindale Hubbell. (An AV rating indicates that fellow lawyers and judges have rated him at the highest level of  skill and ethical standards.) Tom is also a member the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor bestowed upon the top trial lawyers in American that have successfully handled claims with significant value.  

Tom's passion is to hone his trial skills to enhance the value and juror appeal of his clients' cases. He frequently travels throughout the country to present complex liability and damage cases to and consult with nationally recognized trial consultants. Tom continues to polish his presentation skills at the National College of Advocacy's Advanced Studies in Trial Advocacy, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and the Trial Lawyers College. He has attained the "Fellow" designation in the NCA and is a recognized "Advocate" by NITA. He leads PKSD's Trial Team and is either lead counsel or actively involved with any PKSD case that goes to trial.

Tom received his law degree Cum Laude with Highest Honors from Hamline University. His academic achievements in law school earned him membership in to the Silver Gavel Honor Society and made him the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Tom went on to compete nationally for Hamline as Chief Plaintiffs' Counsel in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's Mock Trial Competition. After a clerkship with Minnesota's preeminent plaintiff's personal injury firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, Tom returned to Wisconsin where he has exclusively practiced civil trial law for almost 15 years.

Tom is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Districts of the United States District Court of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.
